Sports Insider: Charlotte Observer's Joe Person talks about Rob Chudzinski's time at Carolina

On today's episode of Sports Insider, The Charlotte Observer's Joe Person joined cleveland.com's Glenn Moore to talk about Rob Chudzinski's time with the Carolina Panthers and how Pat Shurmur would fit in as offensive coordinator.

Joe talked about how Chudzinski was viewed by the Panthers organization and if there was any rift with quarterback Cam Newton. He also talked about what went wrong this season for the Panthers.

He also talked about if he was surprised Chudzinski was hired by the Browns and how quickly it happened.

Would Pat Shurmur be a good fit as Panthers' offensive coordinator? Joe gave his opinion and how Shurmur would have to change his offensive strategy to fit Newton.
